Communication Reporting

Track email and SMS performance with delivery, open, click, and bounce metrics.

Reporting Dashboard

Navigate to Communications > Reporting to view email and SMS performance metrics.

Key Metrics

  • Total Sent — Number of emails/SMS sent in the selected period
  • Delivered — Successfully delivered to recipient
  • Opened — Recipient opened the email (email only)
  • Clicked — Recipient clicked a link in the email (email only)
  • Bounced — Email could not be delivered
  • Unsubscribed — Recipient opted out after receiving
  • Spam Reports — Recipient marked the email as spam

Per-Email Detail View

Click any sent email in the communication log to see:

  • Subject line, sender, and send time
  • Full recipient list
  • Per-recipient status — who opened, who bounced, who clicked
  • Open and click rates as percentages

Filtering

  • Date Range — Filter reports by time period
  • Team — Filter by specific team (admins see all teams, coaches see their teams only)
  • Channel — Filter by email or SMS

  • Monitor bounce rates — high bounces may indicate outdated email addresses
