Team Management

Create and manage teams, set up age groups, divisions, and assign coaches.

Overview

The admin dashboard is your hub for managing all teams in the club. You can see every team at a glance and drill into details.

Creating a Team

  1. From the Dashboard, click Create Team
  2. Enter team details:
    • Name — e.g., "U14 Boys Blue"
    • Age Group — e.g., U10, U12, U14
    • Division — e.g., Premier, Gold, Silver
    • Season — Link to an existing season/program
  3. Assign a Primary Coach
  4. Click Save

Managing Teams

From any team card on the dashboard, you can:

  • View Roster — See all athletes on the team
  • Team Calendar — View and manage events
  • Team Detail — Full team information page

Assigning Coaches

Each team has a primary coach. When a coach is assigned to a team, they can:

  • View and manage that team’s roster
  • Send communications to athletes and parents on that team
  • Access the team calendar

Tips

  • Use clear, consistent naming conventions for teams (e.g., "U12 Boys Gold")
  • Assign coaches before adding athletes so they can help manage the roster
  • The dashboard shows all teams — use it as your central management hub
