Communication Preferences

Manage your email and SMS communication preferences and opt-out settings.

How You Receive Communications

Coaches and club admins can send you emails and text messages through Teams Elevated. These may include:

  • Practice and game reminders
  • Schedule changes and cancellations
  • Team announcements
  • Registration and payment information

Email Unsubscribe

Every email from Teams Elevated includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it opens a page where you can:

  • Unsubscribe from all club emails — Stop receiving all emails from this club
  • Unsubscribe from team emails only — Stop team-specific emails but still receive club-wide communications
  • Confirm with one click — No login required

SMS Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages:

  • Reply STOP to any text message from Teams Elevated
  • Your opt-out is processed automatically and immediately
  • You can opt back in by replying START

Important Notes

  • Unsubscribing from communications does not affect your account access
  • You can still log in and use the Parent Portal
  • Critical account notifications (password resets, security alerts) are not affected by unsubscribe preferences
  • Preferences are per-club — unsubscribing from one club does not affect other clubs

Tips

  • If you’re receiving too many messages, try unsubscribing from team emails only
  • Contact your club admin if you want to update which types of communications you receive
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you’re not receiving expected emails
