What is Teams Elevated?
Teams Elevated is a comprehensive sports club management platform that helps administrators, coaches, and parents stay connected and organized. Whether you’re managing rosters, sending communications, tracking payments, or organizing tournaments, Teams Elevated provides the tools you need in one place.

For Club Admins
- Team & Roster Management — Create teams, manage rosters, and track athlete information
- Communications — Send email and SMS to athletes, parents, and coaches
- Financial Management — Create invoices, track payments, and view revenue reports
- Program Management — Set up seasons, programs, and registration

For Coaches
- My Teams — View and manage your assigned teams

Getting Around
The main navigation bar at the top of the screen gives you access to all features. Your available menu items depend on your role:
- Admins see the full menu: Revenue, Programs, Teams, Communications, Calendar, Facilities, and more
- Coaches see a streamlined menu: My Teams, Programs, Communications, Calendar
- Parents are automatically directed to the Parent Portal with its own mobile-friendly navigation
