Managing Your Roster

Add athletes, manage team members, and view player details on your roster.

Accessing Your Roster

  1. From your dashboard, click on a team card
  2. Navigate to the Roster tab on the team detail page

Roster View

Your roster shows all athletes on the team with:

  • Name, jersey number, and position
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Contact information
  • Parent/guardian details

Adding Athletes

  1. Click Add Athlete on the roster page
  2. Search for an existing athlete or create a new one
  3. Set jersey number and position
  4. Click Add to Team

Managing Players

For each athlete on the roster, you can:

  • View Profile — See full athlete details, medical info, and documents
  • Edit Assignment — Change jersey number, position, or role
  • View Guardians — See parent/guardian contact information
  • Communication History — View messages sent to this athlete or their parents

Player Status

Athletes can be set to:

  • Active — Currently on the team
  • Inactive — Temporarily removed from active roster

Scope

As a coach, you can only manage rosters for teams you’re assigned to. If you need to add an athlete from another team, contact your club admin.

Tips

  • Keep jersey numbers and positions up to date for accurate player cards
  • Check guardian contact info before sending communications
  • Use the athlete profile to review medical information before practices and games
