Welcome to the Parent Portal

The Parent Portal is a mobile-friendly dashboard designed specifically for parents and guardians. It gives you quick access to everything related to your athlete.

Main Sections

My Athletes

View all athletes linked to your account. See their team assignments, jersey numbers, and positions.

Schedule

View upcoming events for your athlete’s teams — games, practices, team events, and tournaments. RSVP to let coaches know if your athlete will attend.

Payments

View outstanding invoices, payment history, and make payments online. All your family’s invoices are in one place.

Documents

Access your athlete’s documents: medical forms, consent forms, certifications, and compliance documents.

Team Chat

Communicate with coaches and other parents on your athlete’s teams.

Announcements

Read team announcements from coaches and club admins. Priority announcements are highlighted.

Volunteer

View volunteer opportunities and sign up to help with team activities.

Mobile App Experience

The Parent Portal is designed as a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can add it to your phone’s home screen for an app-like experience:

iPhone: Open in Safari > tap Share > Add to Home Screen
Android: Open in Chrome > tap the install prompt
