Coach Dashboard

When you log in as a coach, you see a streamlined dashboard showing only your assigned teams. This is your home base for managing your teams.

What You See

Your dashboard displays team cards for each team you’re assigned to. Each card shows:

• Team name, age group, and division
• Number of athletes on the roster
• Quick action buttons

Quick Actions

From each team card, you can:

• View Roster — See all athletes on the team
• Team Calendar — View upcoming events
• Communications — Send messages to your team
• Team Detail — Access the full team page

Navigation

The top navigation bar gives you access to:

• My Teams — Return to your dashboard
• Programs — View programs and tournaments
• Communications — Access the communication log and compose messages
• Calendar — View events across all your teams

Important Notes

• You can only see data for teams you’re assigned to
• If you need access to another team, contact your club admin
• Your dashboard updates in real time as athletes and events are added

Tips

• Check your dashboard daily during the season for updates
• Use the calendar view to see events across all your teams at once
• Access athlete profiles from the roster to view medical and contact information
