Overview

Navigate to Revenue to see your club’s financial dashboard. This page provides a high-level view of your club’s finances.

Key Metrics

• Total Revenue — Sum of all payments collected
• Outstanding Balance — Total unpaid invoice amount
• Collection Rate — Percentage of invoices that have been paid

Breakdowns

The dashboard shows revenue broken down by:

• Program/Season — Revenue per program
• Team — Revenue per team
• Status — Paid, pending, overdue

Date Filtering

Use the date range picker to view metrics for specific periods:

• Current season
• Last 30/60/90 days
• Custom date range

Tips

• Check the dashboard weekly to stay on top of outstanding balances
• Use the collection rate to gauge if follow-up reminders are needed
• Export data for end-of-season financial reporting
