Understanding Delivery Reports

Track email and SMS delivery status, opens, clicks, bounces, and more.

Communication Log

Navigate to Communications > All to see a chronological log of every email and SMS sent from your club.

Per-Message Status

Each entry shows:

  • Channel — Email or SMS
  • Subject/Preview — Subject line (email) or message preview (SMS)
  • Sender — Who sent it
  • Recipients — Number of recipients
  • Status — Overall delivery status
  • Sent Date — When it was sent

Email Detail View

Click any sent email to see detailed metrics:

Summary Metrics

  • Total Sent — Number of recipients
  • Delivered — Successfully reached inbox
  • Opened — Recipient opened the email
  • Clicked — Recipient clicked a link
  • Bounced — Failed to deliver
  • Unsubscribed — Opted out after receiving

Per-Recipient Breakdown

A table showing each recipient with their individual status (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced).

SMS Detail View

Click any sent SMS to see:

  • Delivery status per recipient
  • Sent and delivered timestamps
  • Any failed deliveries with reasons

Email Metrics Explained

Metric What It Means
Open Rate Percentage of delivered emails that were opened
Click Rate Percentage of delivered emails where a link was clicked
Bounce Rate Percentage of emails that could not be delivered

Tips

  • Open rates above 30% are considered good for club communications
  • High bounce rates indicate outdated email addresses — update contact info
  • Check delivery reports after important sends to ensure your message reached everyone
