Registration & Payments

Register your athlete for programs, view invoices, and make payments online.

Registering Your Athlete

Your club may send you a registration link for programs, seasons, or events. The registration process:

  1. Click the registration link (received via email or on the club’s website)
  2. Select the program or team to register for
  3. Fill in required information about your athlete
  4. Review any fees associated with registration
  5. Complete payment (if required at registration)

Viewing Payment Status

In the Parent Portal, navigate to Payments to see:

  • Outstanding Invoices — Invoices that need to be paid
  • Payment History — Past payments with dates and amounts
  • Family View — All invoices across all your athletes in one place

Making Payments

  1. Open Payments in the Parent Portal
  2. Select an invoice to pay
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Receive a receipt (viewable online and sent via email)

You may also receive direct payment links via email that take you straight to the checkout page.

Payment Plans

Some clubs offer payment plans for larger fees. If available:

  • The payment plan option appears during checkout
  • You can split the total into multiple installments
  • Each installment is due on the specified date

Tips

  • Pay invoices promptly to avoid late fees (if your club charges them)
  • Keep your payment receipts for your records
  • Contact your club admin if you have questions about charges or need to set up a payment plan
  • The Family Invoices view is helpful if you have multiple athletes
