Viewing Your Athlete's Profile

Accessing Athlete Profiles

1. Open the Parent Portal
2. Tap My Athletes
3. Select an athlete to view their profile

What You Can See

Basic Information

• Name, date of birth, age group
• Team assignments with jersey number and position
• Guardian/parent contact information on file

Medical Information

Navigate to Medical Info to view:

• Allergies and medical conditions
• Emergency contacts
• Medications
• Doctor/physician information

Documents

Navigate to Documents to view:

• Medical forms and clearances
• Consent forms
• Training certifications
• Document expiration dates

Communications History

View all emails and SMS that have been sent regarding your athlete, including messages sent to you as a parent/guardian.

Making Changes

Most profile information can only be edited by club administrators. If you need to update your athlete’s information:

• Contact your club admin or coach
• Some fields (like medical info) may be editable depending on your club’s settings

Tips

• Review medical information at the start of each season to ensure it’s current
• Check document expiration dates — some documents may need to be renewed annually
• If your contact information changes, notify your club admin to update your records
